Andrea Conti, the young full-back Milan brought in last summer told her about her new club AC Milan. Currently Conti has been out for several weeks due to a ligament injury.
When interviewed by Gazzetta dello Sport, Conti tells about the recovery process of his injury and his ambition with the Rossoneri.
Andrea Conti: "The first 15 days after the injury I found it very difficult."
Andrea Conti: "They (Milan medical team) told me to rest completely, I can only go from bed to sofa and then after that I can not sleep at night.
Andrea Conti: "The worst pain I felt was that during the first three minutes after getting injured, there was a deep wound gap, I then lay down to block the wound and I felt as if my knee was coming out and then it went very quickly.
Andrea Conti: "It was a tremendous pain that I have ever felt, therefore I had to drink my painkillers for breakfast for 15 days to relieve the pain in my thighs and finally they took my tendon, as if I wanted to cry .
Anrea Conti: "And now I can come back to Milanello in the morning, from 9.30 am at the nursing table, and then we take turns practicing for weight balancing and retraining our metabolism, by biking or rowing.
Andrea Conti: "In the end I have learned a lot that the break is very important indeed, so in the afternoon I just bathe in ice water and then that's it.
Andrea Conti: "The medical team said I was predicted to be back in the field in March, but it all depends on how my knee reacts."
Andrea Conti: "A few days ago I tried to run, it felt like we were free, but I only managed to run for five minutes the rest I can not do it anymore.
Andrea Conti: "There's no problem with the ball, just a few small baits."
Andrea Conti: "Can I still do it? Ah, I want to experience something like yesterday .."
